Biography

Paul Frazer Clarke is a Perth-based composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist with over 36 years of music industry history — not just as a participant, but as someone who helped shape it.
Born in the UK, Paul was signed to Epic Records and wrote for Warner Chappell and MCA Music before making Australia home. In 1994 he co-wrote and co-produced what is documented as the first Drum 'n' Bass album in history under the artist name Fast Floor — years before the genre had a name most people recognised. Paul also co-wrote and co-produced the acclaimed album 'Purveyors Of The New Groove' under the artist name Earl Grey for Carl Cox's label Worldwide Ultimatum.
A 25-year relationship with Sonoton Music, Europe's largest independent library music company, has placed his music on The Oprah Winfrey Show, BBC, National Geographic, Dragon's Den, Discovery Channel and multiple film productions. Over 200 works and counting.
Today Paul is part of Radio Circus, a music production team based at a Dolby Atmos-capable studio in Perth, writing and collaborating with artists across the globe. Current projects include the Five Coordinates EP, the Retro Emotion album with Chris Simmonds for Cross Section Records, and The Halo Code — a cinematic gaming library album with producer Patrick Carré and vocalist Grace Lloyd.
All catalogue is published through Blushing Zebra Music, internationally administered by Sentric Music, part of the Believe Group.
